YLSA offers youth sports organizations the tools and resources to create youth teams and clubs that support building leaderships and sports skills. Youth organizations part of YLSA receive administrative and financial support, experts in building a culture of leadership, sport development experts, and facilities. Training and playing facilities space are becoming less available and more expensive, making it difficult for sports organizations and teams to practice and have a place to play. YLSA believes that playing and training facilities are in important part of youth’s leadership and sports skill development. They provide a safe and fun environment for youth for memories that last a life time. YLSA is exploring space and funding options for additional sports field space and indoor training facility.
